Description: References to the tenant should be removed and replaced with the project.

This change has been proposed by the OpenStack docs team. Below are the comments received by the team.

Docs just replaced most instances of the word "tenant" with "project." Most of the commands and command outputs use project instead of tenant. I think the previous version of CL110 (based on OSP13) even talked about the replacement of tenant with project. Has there been a change of plans?
