Description: The timer often catches students off guard - it did to me using ROL.

Restarting the lab, including correctly starting the overcloud takes time. 

Could we look at automating the steps to correctly start the overcloud after an "improper" shutdown?

Or is there some kind of hook that we could send to Ravello, that, before the lab is shutdown, the proper shutdown routines are executed?
