Guided Exercise: Managing Floating IP Addresses

For the external network, we need to be using the 25-99 range to limit the floating IPs we use in this range. In this exercise, I get 172.25.250.3, so the range has not been properly set. With the network as it is it will be possible to get IPs that overlap those we assign to the the VMs (e.g., servera).
