Description: For the table, every table needs a header and a caption. For the first
one, the headers should be Name/VCPUs/RAM/Root disk size, and the
caption should be "Default flavors"

The flavor parameters table should be changed as above (move parameter
and description to the header and add a caption "Flavor parameters")

Same reformat for tables present into:
