Workaround: Verify that the /home/student/<directories> exist prior to running the first lab/demo setup script.

Description: Although not likely this scenario has happened. If a student/instructor happens to SSH into workstation (without logging into to gnome first) to run the first lab/demo script the various user's directories, Downloads, Documents, etc..., will not yet be created.

As a result the launch-instance script will not place the ssh.key in /home/student/Downloads. This will cause the key to NOT show up when students go through the steps to launch an instance.
