Workaround: add the dashboard URL to guided exercises and labs. Or
Add the Dashboard URL in RHLS Premium session details.

Description: For RHLS Premium we need to add the Dashboard URL in all the Guided Exercises and Labs where we are gonna access the dashboard.

As in RHLS Premium, we normally cover 1 chapter per session. Participants are not gonna remember the Dashboard URL from the previous session. 

Following is the list of Guided Exercises and labs:

Chapter 4: Guided Exercise: Defining a Virtual Machine by specifying a Image and a flavor
