Description: The solution to "8.5 From utility, use the ssh command to log in to accounts-web1 and mount accounts-vol1." is not is not consequential from "8. Use the rhel8 image to create a 10 GB volume named accounts-vol1.". Volume accounts-vol1 already has a primary partition with xfs filesystem because it has been cloned from image rhel8. The solution suggests to effectively wipe the volume (create a new msdos partition label and add a primary xfs partition). But the instructions given in 8.5 do not state that the volume has to be wiped, instead it says to just mount the partition. Wiping is the oppositive of what would make sense considering that accounts-vol1 has been cloned from an image. Btw mounting (without wiping/recreating) the filesystem from accounts-vol1 will fail because both images rhel8 and osp-web.qcow2 have xfs filesystems with the same UUID.
