Workaround: Replace test with prod in several steps.

Description: Chapter 1, Lab steps and sub-steps to 4 and 5, Solution steps and sub-steps to 4, 5, 7, and 8

All references should be to prod_*, such as, prod_instance, prod_image, etc...but, in the designated steps the instructions refer to test_* which will break the grading script.
