Description: On test_instance /dev/vdb does not have a partition on it but is mounted on /mnt and has a vfat filesystem. However, creating the pre-detached file works but when I detach the volume and reatach it does not mount.

If I partition the volume while still on test_instance, format /dev/vdb1, and create the pre-detached file. It (the partition) still doesn't show up when I reatach the volume to test-block_instance. The only thing I get is /dev/vdb, but not partition.

I'm still testing this but wanted to report this much so someone else could take a look as well.
