Workaround: Use "demo-user" instead of "user1"

Description: Step 1 of the "Demonstration: Managing floating IP addresses" part on page 171 of student guide tels to login as "userl" (and the IG tells to run "demo manage-floatingips setup") but the username is "demo-user" not "user1".
