Workaround: Nothing for now. But could remove prod-project and recreate it or fix the setup script to literally remove the project until the reset function is fully developed.

Create the project prod-project.

However, prod-project already exists. This is due to the launch-instance script in Chapter 1 that created prod-project but did not remove it because cleanup argument doesn't exist and reset doesn't do what it suggests...yet!
