Description: According to step 3.1 of guided exercise (chapter 4) Managing Flavors) there is a pop up error message with 'There are not enough hosts available' but there is no such message. When t1.2xlarge flavor is used the instance just does not lauch and there is a message as 'The requested instance cannot be launched. The following requested resource(s) exceed quota(s): Cores(Available: 49, Requested: 50).' within the 'Flavor' section of 'Launch Instance' screen.

Also, there is no log in /var/log/nova/nova-conductor.log on servera about this incidenct as opposed to step 3.2
