Workaround: Download the image with wget and use "--file" like the following:

1. wget http://materials.example.com/small.img

1. openstack image create --container-format bare --disk-format qcow2 --min-disk 10 --min-ram 512 --file small.img --public small

Description: "demo manage-sec-verify setup" of chapter 9 (and some other scripts possibly) fail to create image with an error like:

ERROR: --copy-from was given, which is an Image v1 option that is no longer supported in Image v2
