Workaround: If I terminate the instance from the previous demo, exercise, or lab then the current instance launches without error. Perhaps the cleanup scripts are supposed to terminate the instances but we should be able run several instances at the same time in this environment. I have plenty of RAM and disk space...???

Description: If the instance is still running from a previous exercise I get the following error when trying to launch and instance:

"No valid host was found. There are not enough hosts available."

I can't spend too much time looking into this so I just make sure that there are no other instances running. That works for now but will have to get this resolved sooner or later...
