Description: Several ImageStreams are broken.

https and mariadb both have missing images.

They have been configured to use local registry but the images were not synced. If an instructor were to demonstrate application building or STI missing images make it impossible.

Bring back those images so we can work just like on a regular vanilla OCP cluster.

Or at least modify the ISTs so the missing images are not the default choices.
