RH124-640: "Note" regarding default shell in MacOS should be updated

      Description: SNOW feedback Ticket: RHT1642897

      In chapter 02, there is a "NOTE" which states that:
      "Administrators using the Apple Mac who use the Terminal utility may be pleased to note that bash is the default shell in macOS."

      But on latest MacOS, default shell is zsh (Z shell). So, either we can update the last line of that NOTE or we can remove it.
