Description: I tried using the redhat-support-tool on page 46. I was trying to test to see if the output was going to be, "Would see if there is a solution..." It seems like this should ask, "Would you like to see if there is a solution..." However, when I tried to test this from desktop0, I received, "Problem connecting to the support services API. Is the service accessible from this host?" Although I wasn't able to test this, can someone test this? I don't know if the output of redhat-support-tool is wrong or if we just have it wrong in the Instructor Guide and the Student Guide.
