Description: Item 3 on page 200 states, "Investigate any units which are in a failed or maintenance state." The example uses rngd.service. In the VT environment, ovirt-guest-agent.service and rhnsd.service have also failed. I can anticipate students asking why these services have failed and I don't have an answer. It might be nice if something was included in either the student guide or the instructor guide. Maybe ovirt-guest-agent.service fails because we aren't using RHEV. Maybe rhnsd.service fails because we don't have outside Internet access or because serverX isn't registered and subscribed. Maybe rngd.service fails because it is a virtual machine. These are my guesses, but they are only guesses.
