Workaround:
Description: In ch16s04, "GE: Get Help from Red Hat Customer Portal", the objective actually does not reference Customer Portal but only web console...but the Outcomes reference Customer Portal. However, the activity for obvious reasons cannot use Customer Portal.
Recommended changes:
- Update the objective to read "In this exercise, you generate a diagnostics report that you could submit to Red Hat Customer Portal as part of a support case, by using the web console.
- Update the Outcomes to read "Generate a diagnostics report that could be submitted as part of a support case to Red Hat Customer Portal."
