Description: In ch14s04 "GE: Explain and Investigate RPM Software Packages", step 3 covers the rpm2cpio command. 

This content was apparently meant to be optional in ch14s03 (since it was introduced by a Note that originally didn't wrap the instructions on how to implement the note, see also https://github.com/RedHatTraining/RH124/pull/1222).

In addition, the Note only discussed the -id options for cpio to keep things simple.  for some reason, step 3 uses -tv and -idv options that haven't been covered.

If this content was supposed to be optional, then step 3 should probably be removed from the activity.  If it was meant to be in scope, then ch14s03 needs to be updated to present rpm2cpio in that way.
