Description: ch12s10 "GE: Configure Hostnames and Name Resolution" step 5 and 5.2 says to "add class as a local nickname for the classroom server".

The courseware example and what is in the /etc/hosts file on the lab machine are different.  The courseware makes it appear is if all you are doing is adding class as a nickname, but the /etc/hosts file on the lab machine doesn't have that line at all.
