      Description: Error in the cpu calculation

      per-CPU load average: 0.73 1.12 1.30
      The text says .73 means the CPU was loaded 73%
      If that's the case then for 5 mins the average load was 1.12 which the text says was ~12%. and for 15 mins the text says it was loaded ~30%. Shouldn't the 1.12 = 112% not 12% and shouldn't 1.30 = 130%?
