Section Title: Guided Exercise: Describing a Microservice Application

Description: It's being hard to spin up all the services required in this
lab in parallel on this workstation. It's taking too long and the
workstation freezes due to the lack of resources. Poor experience for this
type of course.

I believe this course could be highly improved by provisioning a similar
lab experience as in the new AD482 where the students can clone the labs to
its local machine and leverages its local dev environment.
