DO378-107: ch1s07 - Which is the JDK in use?

      Workaround:

      Description: CH01s07 says "This course uses the Eclipse Temurin distribution of the official OpenJDK project", but if I do mvn -X in "workstation" I see:

      Java version: 17.0.2, vendor: Red Hat, Inc.

      In the case of the eclipse one in use, is there any reason for not using the Red Hat JDK?
