Workaround: Update codium manually to version 1.64.1 (click Manage --> Check for Updates in the bottom left of the gui). Be sure to access the new codium binary and then in the settings (ctl + ,), search for Http System Certificates and uncheck it. You should now be able to add the Quarkus extension. A patch to resolve this issue will be released this week
