Workaround: Workaround #1) Run rht-external before rht-f0finish. Not sure why this one helped, but it did.

Workaround #2) Run "rht-vmctl start classroom; sleep 180; rht-vmctl stop classroom" before rht-f0finish.

Workaround #3 and #4) During rht-f0finish, specifically, after it finishes waiting for rc.local to be done on classroom and is in the second "delay", you can run from another terminal one of two things:
$ ssh root@classroom "systemctl restart named"

• or -
  $ rht-vmctl restart classroom

Description: During several installations of CL260-RHCS4.2-1.r2021060712-ILT+VT+ROLE+RAV-7-en_US.icmf on different RHCIfoundation 8.x, I see errors accompanied by long delays during rht-f0finish, more exectly during rht-verify-classroom:
