Workaround:
Description: Environment variables that were assigned to the user developer (aka as ${RHT_OCP4_DEV_USER}) can be safely ignored and you can hardcode it as developer and ${RHT_OCP4_DEV_PASSWD} to developer as students are using an SNO instance instead of a shared cluster.
Likewise, the project names don't need to use the ${RHT_OCP4_DEV_USER}-<project-name> can be disregarded too as the environment is not shared anymore.
This kind of env variable creates a typing overhead and it is not needed anymore
