Workaround: No general workaround as the lab scripts will simply fail, but for exercises where the build env variable has to be passed, just remove the --build-env and try to build without it. It should reach a default internet repo from where the build can succeed.

Description: The nexus repo is not pointing to the right URL at the backend. It causes various lab scripts to fail and, more critically, breaks some of the labs that no longer work as expected without access to the nexus repo.
