Workaround: Remove --as-deployment-config from the script or do not use it.
Alternatively, use dc/myapp wherever told to use deploy/myapp.

Description: While the exercises have been remade to use Deployment resources, the oc-new-app.sh script in the lab materials directory still uses the --as-deployment-config option, which causes all the subsequent commands to fail when typed as instructed in the book, because they refer to deploy/myapp and not dc/myapp as it should be as per script.
