oc new-build example is potentially misleading

      Issue description

      Example used for oc new-build appears to be an S2I build. If you use the --build-arg option on an S2I build it fails as --build-arg requires the use of a Dockerfile. I suggest either remove --build-arg or make it clearer from the example that it is going to do a docker build
