RH199 lab start scripts didn't check for failing components

      Issue description: 

      For some of the lab start scripts, when they do the setup, is not checking all the components, which even fails.  

      For Example: in 2-3 labs, when lab start script needs to install httpd package. Because yum repo was not working, httpd didn't get installed but the script didn't failed.
