      Issue description

      The REFERENCES section contains a duplicated documentation link for “Creating CI/CD pipelines” in the Red Hat OpenShift Pipelines 1.18 product documentation.

      The same reference appears twice:

      • Once near the beginning of the REFERENCES list
      • Again at the end of the REFERENCES list

      Both entries point to the same documentation URL, which creates unnecessary duplication and may cause confusion for learners reviewing the materials.
