Issue description

rh0016l-10.0 + Hello, I noticed a naming convention issue in the French version of the course.
Although it's the latest version, the folder names differ from the English one: they use underscores (_) instead of hyphens .
For instance: my-bestseller vs my_bestseller.

This is also happening for Spanish, German, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Chinese

Workaround:
Replace all instances of 'my_bestseller' with 'my-bestseller' in the French version of the guide_text excerpt and any related commands or instructions. Ensure consistency across all commands and descriptions in the French guide to match the English version's hyphenated naming convention.
