      Issue description

      As per the chapter OpenShift version 4.18 works on the basis of Kubernetes 1.31 but in the first question of quiz there is no option of 1.31 

      Steps to reproduce:

       

      Workaround:

       

      Expected result:

      Add 1.31 as option for first question and mark it as correct under solution
