Issue description

In Lab: Deploying Simple Applications (do288-4.18/pages/ch02s07)
video is not in sync with the instructions, meaning:
1. Inconsistency in image app deployment. When the instructor is doing to the cli deployment, the app is already deployed and starts from the route deployment (5:29). Seems like a bad cut of the video.
2. There is no explanation of the error (what happened and what was fixed)
