Issue description

I made a small mistakes in my values installing the helm release for etherpad-dev. I then corrcted the value and did an helm upgrade. Now the lab grade scripts tells me that "Helm release 'etherpad-dev' is not in Deployed state"
I have to uninstall the release and install it for the grade script to be succesfull.
Using helm upgrade to fix an error(e.g. typo in hostname) should not break the grade script. Please consider to adjust the grade script.
