Issue description:  *for 1.4, the command oscap xccdf eval *
 *--local-files /tmp *
 *--profile xccdf_org.ssgproject.content_profile_stig *
 *--results /root/results.xml *
 /usr/share/xml/scap/ssg/content/ssg-rhel9-ds.xml does not produce the results.xml file. I found out it is because of error 137, the process runs out of memory. It would be a great addition to this course of cases like this are included and solutions to fix this in case it happens.
