      Issue description

Instructor reached out regaring 20251124-NA-CL260 (86077334):
      https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/classes/92afef14-8803-4af0-9dbd-bf3a103373f0

Issue impacted 2 students (RHNIDs: istipet@carnet.hr and juaherre@redhat.com)

The issue is not triggered by any particular command.

      Instructor provided additional details:

      • issue that is not course designed but platform imposed
      • ceph constantly monitors it's underlying os and detects slow io, and it emits the warnings which are confusing students, adding layer of complexity to the teaching process.

Instructor highlights the need for investigation of the resource allocation for my vms and shares susspition that they may be starved on the IO. (Adding: It looks like io requests are being issued but not served in timely manner, it's a typical resource starvation)

Final comment from the instructor is that he is suspecting with confidence that the issue is related to backend cinder storage being too slow to respond.
