The user reports receiving the error "error detected an error in the etcd local storage migration process" after running the wait.sh script.

Impact: This issue is preventing the lab environment from initializing correctly, rendering the lab unusable. The error indicates a fundamental issue with the persistence layer (ETCD) required for the cluster state

Please investigate this failure immediately. This appears to be a systemic issue with the underlying lab infrastructure related to ETCD storage migration/initialization, and it requires direct intervention to resolve the cluster state.
