Issue description

I've had reports of VMs not scheduling due to insufficient memory. 

Before you claim that the finish scripts were not run and there were other VMs running from previous exercises, let me tell you that I personally verified this.

In my own demonstrations for this class, I am able to run 4 VMs with 2GiB memory each. One student could not even run 3. 

This issue has manifested through chapter 4.

My recommendation is to add an additional 4GiB of memory to master01
