      Issue description: Failed to run the image with IS:ISTAG httpd:2.4 "(13)Permission denied: AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80" I think you'll need to use a different image in step 6.2. I changed that step to use "oc new-app --name httpd registry.ocp4.example.com:8443/rhscl/httpd-24-rhel7" instead and it started up the pod successfully.
