Issue description
A specific video asset is failing to load/stream for learner in Section Ch04S03. The user reports seeing an endless spinning circle. Other videos in preceding/subsequent sections are verified to be loading without issue.
Expected Result: Video streams immediately. Actual Result: Video fails to load (infinite spinner/circle appears)
