Issue description

1. When I load the PDF slide deck into BBB I have to do that every day. It should be loaded once and not require constant hand holding
2. Once the pdf is in BBB and I want to select the chapter heading page or a page in lets say chapter 6 there is nothing in there to show me the hierarchy of the book - no chapters, no sections just slide numbers. This makes finding the right slide very difficult especially when there are so many slides (hundreds) in the new style slide deck
3. Because of the above I have to display the slide deck through evince and navigate it that way. Unfortunately in this case when I use the hierarchy to navigate the pdf all of the 'training' sections, if I were to click on it, takes me back to the class timing page. This does not happen on the exercise or lab sections

Item 3 is the most important as I am assuming that 1 and 2 would take longer to fix
