      Issue description

      It is recommended to keep the RHACS operator-created route in passthrough mode and use that for sensors. Additionally, create a re-encrypt route and use that for web UI access for humans. The spec.central.exposure.route.reencrypt.enabled setting in Central CR can be used to achieve this.
