      Issue description

      When running 5.6 (lab start eda-setup) which verifies the OSP details it fails with and InternalError (see attached screenshots).

      We already raised 2 jiras (PTL-15562, PTL-15489) with this issue, both are closed, however the issue persists.

      Note that the lab in apac region does not have this issue.
