      Issue description

      The user with RHN - "ibcfz" is facing issue with his OCP cluster sync for DO480 course. Even after waiting for 60+ minutes, the clusters are not getting up.

      He has tried rebuilding the lab thrice already, but the issue persists.

      His lab is in osp region: us-east-1
