Issue description
When we set-default entry back to 1 with the --remove-args="rhgb quiet" parameter, the "rhgb quiet" argument no longer applies for 0 either, it seems like it's automatically removed from all fields.
A note could be added clarifying this behavior, so that the user doesn't think it has to remove the arg from other entries.
