RH134v10:CH14s05:lab start netsecurity-review does not install the httpd service

      Issue description:  rh0041l-10.0 + In the lab netsecurity-review in the RH134 course after running the "lab start netsecurity-review" command from the workstation and using SSH to connect to serverb it appears the httpd service was not installed properly. When I try to do the command "systemctl enable --now httpd" as shown in the lab solution my system is not able to find httpd.service and I can't continue the lab from there. I tried resolving by running "dnf install httpd" but that command fails as well.
