Issue description
This issue was reported by an VT Instructor.Class Dashboard - 20251013-NA-RH199 (73641393)
The lab start script, specifically lab start compreview-review1, is failing with the attached error (please see the attached screenshot for details).
We are marking this ticket as Critical because the failure is impacting all review environments: lab start compreview-review{1,2,3} are confirmed to be failing.
Instructor re-provisioned twice but it didn't help.
