      Issue description

      ch02s07 -> NFS Storage Components of OpenShift Data Foundation -> Diagram

      NFS is backed by CephFS, so there shouldbe arrows between the CephNFS gateway and CephFS, to make the dependecy more clear.

      Also, putting the CephNFS gateway in the "Ceph services" block is a bit of a stretch, since it doesn't make use of librados, but is a bolt-on gateway, on top of the CephFS protocol.
